William “Will” Joseph Glick of Derby, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 22nd, 2024, at 17 years old. William was born on March 9th, 2007 to Terra Forshier in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Will was named and raised by Timothy and Pepper Glick of Derby, Iowa. William was full of life, light, and love, and could always put a smile on anyone’s face. William loved his family and friends fiercely, and enjoyed spending time with them whenever he had the chance. Whenever Will was around, you would always have a good time with plenty of laughter, and always had to compliment or touch his most prized possession, which was his hair! He had a taste for the finer things in life, and enjoyed having different styles of shoes and clothes that he took pride in caring for. He enjoyed various trips with his mom (Pepper) outside of Iowa, especially going to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado to visit family, and going on fishing trips with his dad (Tim). Will loved playing his video games, and enjoyed showing off his collection of games and his gaming systems. William aspired to join the Military one day, and looked forward to getting out into the world as an adult and being able to make his family and himself proud of his accomplishments. Will was always surrounded by love and anyone who knew him was always excited for the chance to spend some time with him. William was preceded in death by his sister Kandalynn Marie Hall, multiple grandparents (Threinen's, Forshier's, Rogers', Gilck's, Grandma Juanita, Grandma Lora, and Grandpa Bill), Aunt Jamie, Aunt Danielle, and many other family members and family friends. He is survived by his parents Tim and Pepper Glick, his birth mother Terra Forshier, Grandma Vincetta, Grandpa Tim (Sr.), Grandpa Rick, and many siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, his love Emma, and family friends. Services will be held for William at Fielding Funeral Home at 227 S. Grand St. , Chariton, Iowa on Saturday, March 30th. Visitations will begin at 12:30 PM and Funeral Services will begin at 1:30 PM. Prior to funeral services any donations or memorials can be delivered or sent to Fielding Funeral Home. After the funeral services have taken place, any donations or memorials can be sent or delivered to The Glick family at 46573 152 Trail, Derby Iowa, 50068.

Luncheon will be held following the service at the Lucas Community Center in Lucas, Iowa.
