Tina Marie Nolan

Tina Marie Nolan was born November 24, 1970 to Jimmie Rae (Lingle) Nolan and William Robert (Bud) Nolan in Des Moines Iowa.  She passed away May 23, 2020 in Chariton Iowa surrounded by her family.  Tina spent most of her childhood in Lucas County growing up and bonding with her family.  Tina graduated from Chariton High School in May of 1989 and started pursuing a degree in nursing school.  Tina also had her son, Travis Anthony Nolan on August 6, 1991.  Travis was a highlight of Tina’s life.  She was always so proud to show off Travis to whomever would listen.  Tina completed her nursing degree in 1994.  Her nursing skills took Tina and Travis to various parts of the country.  When Travis’s son Antonio was born, there had never been a prouder grandmother.  Tina then settled down in Arizona with her son Travis.  She worked helping all kinds of people and spent time with her son and grandson.  Tina enjoyed many hobbies including arts and crafts, drawing traveling, and genealogy.  One hobby that Tina was very skilled in was embroidery.  Tina is survived by her son, Travis Anthony Nolan (Christi) of Arizona, her grandson Antonio Scatino of Des Moines, Iowa, her sisters Jean Lantz of Woodbine, Iowa and Teresa Roush (Shawn) of Chariton, Iowa, her Aunt Helen and Uncle Chuck Enos of Chariton, Iowa, her beloved dog Pepe, her nieces and nephews and a host of cousins, aunts and uncles.  Tina is preceded in death by both mother Jimmie Nolan and her father Bud Nolan.  Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2020 at Fielding Funeral Home in Chariton Iowa. Memorials may be directed to her son Travis Nolan.
