Paula Kay Lowe, 76, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at Norwalk Specialty Care in Norwalk, Iowa.  Paula was born on November 9, 1946 in Chariton, Iowa to Paul E. and Jeanette (Springer) Lowe.

Paula grew up and lived her life in Chariton, Iowa. In 1965, she graduated from Chariton High School. Paula started working for Bell the phone company in her hometown right after graduating. She had various jobs in her life from working at the phone company, teller at a bank and the boat in Osceola.

Paula had close relationships with her cousins, Linda, Jason (Julie), Autumn, Hunter, Brandon and Brice. They will have such good memories of their time with Paula. She made sure she went to birthday parties, family dinners and just taking time to visit. She will be greatly missed by all.

She is survived by her sister, Janice Wise, her cousins, Linda VanderWaal,  Jason (Julie) VanderWaal, Autumn, Hunter, Brice VanderWaal and Brandon Broduer.

Paula is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Jeanette Lowe.
