Linda Rae (Roberts) Isom

Linda Rae Isom (Roberts), 79, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2022. Memorial services will be held in Killeen, TX and Chariton, IA at a later date. Linda was born December 21, 1942 to Johnnie Lee Roberts and Twila Louise Neal Roberts in Chariton, Iowa. She grew up in Iowa where she attended First Baptist Church. She received the State of Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency on December 7, 1977. Later, Linda went to Nebraska College of Business where she graduated as a Legal Office Specialist on August 20, 1982. Linda enjoyed playing billiards and bowling with friends, raising puppies, and assembling Native American themed puzzles for wall art. She was foremost a loving mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Linda Rae Isom was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie and Twila Roberts; her Siblings, Joyce (Roberts) Pfrimmer, Barbara (Roberts) Cain, Beverly (Roberts) Thompson, Patricia (Roberts) West, Larry Roberts, Donald Roberts, Gary Roberts, Jimmy Roberts and Terry Roberts. She leaves behind cherished memories for her son, Tony Isom (Vos) and his wife, Bonnie Isom; Grandsons, Nicholas Isom and Christopher Isom; her sister, Sherri Cupit (Roberts) and her brother Jerry Roberts. In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the local animal shelter.
