Kenneth Reed Graham, 86, passed peacefully on Tuesday, July 25th, 2023, at the Chariton Specialty Care facility in Chariton, Iowa.  Kenneth was born on December 4th, 1936, in Decatur County to Gerold and Florence (Trembly) Graham.  He graduated from Humeston High School in 1954.

On December 16th, 1956, Kenneth married the love of his life, Donabelle Joy, in Marne, Iowa.  To this union were born three sons: Brian, Allan, and Thad.  Kenneth and Donabelle lived on a family farm by Humeston, Iowa where they raised their boys. Kenneth farmed his whole life, which he loved to do. He took pride in raising his crops, cattle, and hogs.

Kenneth was a member of the Humeston Christian United Methodist Church in Humeston, Iowa. 

Kenneth participated in the WHO tractor ride on his antique Farmall tractor.  He enjoyed riding through different communities with friends, showing off their prize tractors.

Kenneth spent time meeting friends uptown for coffee, where many great conversations were had.

Kenneth loved spending time with his family and was a favorite “Uncle Kenny” and Grandpa to many. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Gerold and Florence Graham and sister, Joann Graham.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Donabelle Graham of Humeston, his sons, Brian (Sandy) Graham of Columbia, MO, Allan (Gina) Graham of Urbandale, IA, Thad (Kris) Graham of Larkspur, CO, his grandchildren, Andy (Rachel) Graham, Jake (Rhett) Bellon, Amanda Hamar, Sarah Hamar, David “Hoss” Hamar, Aaron Graham, Jordan (Lauren) Graham, John Lankford, Brenden Lankford, his six great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  

He will be greatly missed by all.
