Phil
What happened? God put you on my heart today and so I searched the internet to find out where you are. Wow you took the giant step into eternity. I never knew you were sick, never knew the hardships you faced and I shall miss you until I see you again.
I remember at Catholic University the prayer sessions we had. How you always said we only have prayed when my hair was messed up by me burying my head into my hands interceding for all the seminarians.
Wow dude it’s hard for me to grapple that you are no longer here. Please pray to our Father in heaven as now, I have been led, to teach high school. I miss our prayer meetings, I miss the fellowship, just wished I would have looked you up sooner.
May you forever rest in the arms of our Father, May you never stop praying for seminarians and priests and May you put in a good word for me.
Your brother in Xp Jesus

All my prayers. Phil was far too young. I remember great times hanging with the Hy-Vee gang after closing time back in the day. Phil was very central to that group, and we had lots of fun together. Indeed we will all miss him.

I am at a loss for words. They seem so inadequate.I will always remember Phil & his devastating wit! Alfred the wonder bear who embarked on many a solo flight down the laundry chute. All the kids were rolling on the floor laughing & in tears which only further fueled Phil's creative ventriloquism. From out of nowhere Alfred would reappear & the show was on! Jo & I were downstairs & she'd say" I wonder what all the commotion is. Sounds like a herd of horses!" Such carefree, hilarious memories. Cherish those happy memories & times. They were Phil. Blessings & peace my sweet young friend.

I am at a loss for words. They seem so inadequate. I will always remember his devastating wit when he was little. Alfred the stuffed bear who flew many solo flights down the laundry chute; meanwhile all the kids were rolling on the floor laughing & in tears, which only fueled Phil's creative ventriloquism with Alfred. From out of nowhere Alfred would reappear & the show was on! Jo & I would be downstairs & she'd say "I wonder what all the racket is up there? We'd better go check." Such memories. Cherish the funny & the happy times for those are Phil. Bless you my sweet young friend.
