Connie Sue Garrington Kyner, age 66, passed away at St Charles, IA on June 18, 2017 of natural causes.   Connie was born December 1, 1950 in Chariton, IA to William and Dorothy (Shore) Garrington.  On September 20, 1969, Connie married Beryl Kyner at the First Baptist Church in Chariton, IA and they shared 47 Years together.

She lived her whole life in Chariton.  She babysat for many years, worked at Hardee’s, Jimmy Dean and the Iowa State Fairgrounds. Connie enjoyed time with her kids, grandkids and great grandkids.  She enjoyed watching Brady wrestle and was looking forward to watching him wrestle at Wartburg.  She cheered on Brock at his baseball games and enjoyed watching Brady, Brock & Jayden race.  She also enjoyed talking to all her race family of the Iowa ATV Hare Scramble Series and garage sailing. She also enjoyed working during the Iowa State Fair.

 Connie is preceded in death by her parents Bill & Dorothy Garrington; her brother, Bill; her daughter, Tonya; her nephew Noah Garrington, in-laws Eugene & Helen Kyner.

Survivors include her husband, Beryl Kyner; her son Andy (Tracy) Kyner of Carlisle and son-in-law Bryce Johnson of Mingo; grandchildren Dana (Josh) Jones of Indianola, Brady and Brock Kyner of Carlisle and Devyn, Gavin and Mason Johnson of Moravia; her great grandchildren Jayden and Charlee Jones of Indianola; siblings John (Linda) Garrington of Chariton, George (Debbie) Garrington of Knoxville, Linda (David) Mann of New Hope, AL, her Sister-in-law Sharon Garrington of Des Moines and brother-in-law Steve Kyner of Humeston; uncle Ronnie (Betty) Shore, Lawrence, KS; nieces Stephanie Mann, Lisa (Phil) Sullivan, Laura (Rick) Valentine, Carey Garrington and nephews Todd Garrington(Shelley), Tom Garrington, Larry (Deb) Kyner, Shawn (Rodney) Garrington, Corey (Cortney) Garrington, Kyle (Danella) Mann and a host of cousins and friends.
