Charles (Chuck) Leppert, 99, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. He was born on September 14, 1919 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Edward and Theresa Leppert.
He was a teacher and assistant Principal in the Lumbard Junior High School in Lumbard, Illinois, he was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during WWII.
He was predeceased by his parents, his wife, Bernadine, two daughters, Marilyn and Diane, two brothers, Robert and Lawrence Leppert.
Visitation will be Sunday from 2:30 P.M. until Service time at 3:00 P.M. in Hot Springs Funeral Home in Arkansas.
Celebration of his life service will be at 3:00 P.M. Sunday at the First Nazarene Church with Pastor Conley Henderson officiating located in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Larry Rhodes, Don Jones, Justin Phillips and Don Henderson. Honorary pallbearers are Clay Pate, Verlin Anthony, Mickey Wright, his nieces and nephews, Betty Paszli and Rheta Sargent.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene.
Interment will be held, Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chariton Cemetery in Chariton, Iowa, under the direction of Fielding Funeral Home located in Chariton, Iowa.
