Michael Lee Wessel

Michael Lee Wessel (63) was born in 1961 to Roger and Barbara Wessel. Michael attended high school at Tech, graduating in 1980. He then joined United States Army 3655 Maintenance from 1981-1982 in Maryland. Then transferred to Iowa National Guard 1982-1984. Mike spent his career at the United States Postal Service., retiring after (35) years.

Mike enjoyed living on his farm with Roxy. He loved hunting, fishing, shooting with his brothers, nephews, friends. Mike always had a dream he wanted to go to Ireland.

Mike is survive by his daughter, Nicole Villalobos, granddaughter, Mia, grandson, Luca, sister, Rexine (Oran) Ellis, brother, Roger (Michelle) Wessel, sister-in-law, Kay, lots of nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Michael was preceded in death by his mother and father, Barbara and Roger Wessel, brother James Wessel.
